The Masseria Spetterrata’s restaurant within those who were once the old stables building dating back to the seventeenth century, is also open to the public and offers Mediterranean cuisine, traditional yet creative, obtained for most with quality products from the same farm and selected companies in the region of Valle d’Itria.
Guests can savor the delicacies of the house, starting with the famous and rich appetizers, then move on to pasta dishes made with traditional fresh pasta (orecchiette, cavatelli, laganari, fricelli etc.). Continuing with the main courses of meat, vegetables or cheeses. All accompanied by typical taralli and breads with walnuts or olive strictly prepared from the hands of our chefs. In the end, as a digestive, cannot miss the classic limoncello rigorously prepared with traditional recipes or mandarin, rosemary, nuts rosoli or coffee cream.
